The re-appointment comes after another extremely successful period whereby BB&J have completed some fantastic deals on behalf of the local authorities. Some of the recent highlights include the letting of approximately 5,600sq ft of office space at the headquarters of North East Derbyshire District Council, achieving 100% occupancy at Midway Business Centre and putting five of the seven speculative built light industrial units at The Tangent under offer prior to completion.
