Long Eaton based electrical consumable distributors, Sell it Direct have taken occupation of the former Eriks Trade Counter Unit on the established Sir Francis Ley industrial Estate.
The move is in keeping with the firm’s impressive expansion plan which has seen the business more than double their previous floor space to take occupation of the 4,700sq.ft unit.
“The property was handed over by the former tenants, Eriks, in a near new condition following their relocation and therefore, given the established location and immaculate condition there was no shortage of interest. We are pleased to finally conclude the letting to Sell it Direct and wish them every success in the future from the new location”.
The letting of Unit 4 Shaftesbury Street caps off what has been a productive year for BB&J at this location with just under 13,000sq.ft of floor space let over the past 12 months and with a further 6,000sq.ft currently undergoing refurbishment in readiness for occupation.
