Mark Richardson, Partner at BB&J Commercial, is taking on an epic cycling challenge to support mental health charity Mind, riding a staggering 225 miles from Derby to Brighton across two days this June.
Taking place on the 14th and 15th of June 2025, this endurance ride is more than just a personal challenge, it’s a mission to raise vital funds and awareness for mental health.
Mark said, “Our mental health and wellbeing is something we all need to look after. Life throws a lot at us and sometimes it can be difficult to deal with. It should be something we are able to talk about but sometimes it just isn’t. The charity Mind is helping to change all that by being here to offer support to those that need it.”
Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem, while also campaigning to improve services and promote understanding. Every donation, big or small, helps them continue this critical work.
