Acting on behalf of retained clients Bolsover District Council, BB&J Commercial have achieved a great result for them with a range of deals completing across a variety of property in December 2018 and January 2019.
The consistent demand for smaller industrial stock was maintained as the letting of a 1,000 sq ft light industrial unit on Rotherwood Business Park, Killamarsh completed at c£7,800pa. Similarly a slightly larger industrial unit of 1,133 sq ft was let on Norwood Industrial Estate, Sheffield at c£8,300pa.
Further south at the modern purpose built Coney Green Business Park, more success was achieved with the letting of two office suites at c£5,000 each pa.
BB&J Commercial Senior Surveyor Chris Keogh who agreed all four lettings commented: “It’s great to be achieving deals at this time of year when it can traditionally be quiet for some agents. It does prove that there is strong demand for smaller units across a range of property types, and it is to the credit of Bolsover District Council that they have made the investment to provide such much needed space for local businesses.”
