We are delighted to announce the newest addition to our ever-growing team, Noah Probert. As our newest commercial surveyor, Noah will be helping to expand our offering of professional services to include valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and surveys.
Having gained valuable experience at Derby City Council working within the estates team for several years, Noah brings expertise on a wide variety of commercial property work. Noah has recently completed a 4-year honours degree in real estate management through the University College of Estate Management (UCEM).
Noah said ‘I am delighted to be joining BB&J Commercial. They are a very well-regarded property team, and I look forward to working with them in growing the business.’
