Promotion at BB&J Commercial

BB&J Commercial has promoted Natalie Bryan as a permanent member of the commercial property team.

Natalie, who is studying Real Estate BSc Hons at Nottingham Trent University, joined the company in August 2014 initially as a Placement Surveyor, as a year in industry formed part of her university degree.  However, following a successful number of months with the company Natalie has been promoted to a permanent Surveyor position within the business.

“I am extremely pleased to be able to have opportunity to continue working with the commercial team at BB&J.  It has been a fantastic experience so far and has given me invaluable knowledge.  It is a really exciting time to be working in commercial property now that there are clear signs of recovery and improvement within the market and I am really looking forward to the responsibilities and challenges BB&J have in store for me” said Natalie, who will be working for BB&J alongside completing her final year at University and working towards becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Natalie will primarily continue to work in the agency side of the business, dealing with property requirements across a broad range of commercial property types but will also be taking on new responsibilities within the business such as assisting with valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals to name a few.

Partner Mark Richardson said: “We’re delighted to have Natalie continue working with us. She has become an integral part of the team and is very enthusiastic and passionate about the work that she does. We look forward to seeing her grow as a professional within the commercial property industry and I’m sure her hard work, enthusiasm and proactive approach to her work will give the kind of added value our clients are looking for”.
