Ilkeston Takes Centre Stage

The sale of 2 Orchard Court, Crompton Road – a newly built semi-detached industrial unit 1,924 sq ft / 197 sq m in size sold for a figure of £275,000. Such was the interest in this unit it went to best and final bids.

The successful let of the former ‘Pipeline Solutions’ industrial unit located on Lower Granby Street recently took place for £32,000 per annum exclusive with the unit spanning approximately 5,054 sqft / 471 sqm.

Further recent successes have been the completion of a letting at Unit 3 Rutland House, a mixed-use warehouse located on Nottingham Road adjacent to Screwfix and Travis Perkins with a lease of £32,000 per annum exclusive achieved. BB&J Commercial have also just let 59 Bath Street, a prominently positioned retail unit within Ilkeston town centre for an agreed figure of £7,500 per annum.
