BB&J Commercial’s New Addition

BB&J Commercial welcome a new Placement Surveyor, Natalie Bryan, to join the commercial property team.

Natalie is an undergraduate studying Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University and during her time at BB&J will be working towards her Assessment of Professional Competence qualification (APC) which when combined with academic qualifications, leads to RICS membership.

Born and bred in Derby, Natalie has a good understanding of the commercial areas within the city and will be working primarily in the agency area of the business.  She will be working alongside Graham Bancroft and Chris Wright dealing with requirements across a broad range of commercial property types including office, industrial and retail sectors.

Natalie said “ I am really pleased to have been given an opportunity with BB&J Commercial and look forward to learning the ins and outs of the commercial property industry. The experience I will gain during my time here will be invaluable to my learning when I return to University next year. Everything I have learnt during my first two years at University is already starting to fall into place and I am really enthusiastic about getting involved in everything the industry has to offer. I look forward to an exciting and challenging year ahead with BB&J Commercial”.

Partner, Mark Richardson said “We are delighted that Natalie has joined the team and we are sure that she will help us to provide exceptional service to our clients”.
