After being appointed by Clowes Developments as joint agent on the newly built high-spec Crown Park development back in October, we are pleased to announce that just days before Christmas we agreed a 15-year lease with prestigious car dealership, Derbyshire Performance.
In a deal orchestrated by Graham Bancroft, partner at BB&J Commercial, we see a family run business with over 30 years’ experience in the industry occupy the only detached unit on the development. Unit A, now occupied, benefits from its own self-contained securely fenced site, fitting for the VIP experience offered by the company.
