BB&J have strategically negotiated a long-term lease on behalf of their clients with the RSPCA
Committing to a new 10-year lease, the RSPCA have all but cemented their presence within Ilkeston for the foreseeable future, enhancing their charitable reach across the East Midlands.
Cameron Godfrey, surveyor at BB&J said, ‘It is fulfilling to have negotiated and secured a valuable deal for our clients, securing a long-term lease in collaboration with the RSPCA that not only provides a valuable investment for our client but also contributes positively to Ilkeston’s high street growth’.

As an independent charity, we rely on the fundraising of our shops to ensure the welfare of the animals in our care. Our fantastic shop at 22 Bath St is open Mon- Sat 9-4.30pm and we stock a wide range of second-hand products including clothing, media, electrics and furniture.
