The move sees the firm relocate from their London Road premises to the prominent former Hall on Green Lane to a property which provides approximately 1,250 sq.ft of accommodation space together with adjacent parking space for 3-4 vehicles.
Senior Surveyor Chris Keogh negotiated the terms of the deal and commented ‘The letting to Derby Child Contact Centre sees them occupy by way of an unbroken 20 year lease with fixed rent increased which even before the outbreak of Covid-19 is somewhat of a rarity. Nevertheless the nature of the tenants business and the service to which they provide means that 128A Green Lane met their requirement brief and in having a long term lease provides them with the stability and security which they ultimately need.’
