Whilst we did undertake a solid marketing campaign which generated good interest levels, the appeal to have Euro Car Parts further invested in this location was an easy decision for the landlord as they own both units. I think it also demonstrates the wider resilience of some industries, and is a welcome reminder that businesses still have an appetite to grow and expand, even during challenging times.”
