It has been taken by clinical supplies firm Blue Leaf Care who are one of the UK’s leading care sector specialists. The occupation of 35 Shaftesbury Street has been undertaken to supplement their existing premises and support their expanding business needs.

During our marketing we were fortunate to attract good levels of interest and our client was keen to secure terms with the right type of tenant for the property. Therefore it was advantageous to them that Blue Leaf Care already occupied the adjacent property, as we were confident they understood the dynamics of the estate and our client also had prior knowledge of their business.”
