BB&J Commercial are currently seeking a commercial agency surveyor to join our expanding Derby city centre team. Ideally the candidate would be qualified to MRICS level and have experience of the Derby commercial property market.
The role provides a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor to join a young, energetic and highly motivated team who are looking to expand. Responsibilities within this position will include dealing with existing agency instructions, liaising with clients and growing the commercial agency side by winning new business.
The role will include dealing with a wide aspect of surveying work across all sectors on behalf of both local and national clients as well as both the public and private sectors. You will be provided with a mixed and varied caseload with the resources to help grow this area substantially. In return, we will provide all necessary technical and administrative support along with a competitive salary tailored to the successful individual.
