The building is somewhat of a milestone for the developer as it was their last project on what was once a 15 acre development site. Having successfully constructed almost half a million square foot of commercial accommodation on Pride Park, the developer wished to create a striking premises that made the most of the plots frontage and prominent position on Orient Way.
As marketing Agents we have received good interest in the premises however the developer considered the premises as “the jewel in the crown” and only sought the most desirable covenant.
