Exciting times are ahead for BB&J Commercial with the recruitment of Graham Bancroft and also the award of ‘Dealmaker of the year for Derbyshire’ being given to Chris Wright.
The appointment of Graham Bancroft, who was previously Associate Director at Salloway Property Consultants, helps strengthen and expand the commercial team within the company. Graham has over 14 years worth of experience of working in the East Midlands property market and his role will include disposal and acquisition of commercial property, valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and various other professional work. Graham said “I am delighted to be joining BB&J Commercial at what is a very exciting time for the business. The company is extremely well known and has a great reputation in the marketplace and I hope to be able to continue to grow this further.”
In addition to the expansion of the team, Commercial Surveyor, Chris Wright has recently won the Estates Gazette award for Dealmaker 2013. This is a nationally recognised award given to the agent who has completed the most transactions in the year. Chris said “I am absolutely delighted to have won this prestigious award and it demonstrates that the hard work from both me and the rest of the team has been extremely worthwhile. However, I won’t be resting on my laurels and hope to do even more deals next year!”.
