Former Congregation Hall to be Converted into Residential Properties

A former church hall in Beeston has recently been sold to a developer for a residential scheme of up to nine dwellings.

Situated in the popular suburb of Nottingham, the former congregation hall was sold on a freehold basis following extensive marketing and a good level of interest.

The site was sold by Mark Richardson, Partner at BB&J Commercial who said, “whilst this site has consent for up to 9 dwellings it was suitable for a wide variety of other potential uses subject to planning.”

“As a result, there was a lot of interest, demonstrating yet again the underlying strength of demand for land. We have assisted multiple site owners securing sales over the last year and would welcome the opportunity to market sites when clients are looking to realise true value.”
