On behalf of our retained client, North East Derbyshire District Council, BB&J Commercial have let over 5,600sq.ft of ground floor office accommodation at the Council’s head office in Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield to Technique Learning Solutions Limited.
Technique Learning Solutions Limited provide training and consultancy services offering a wide range of qualifications and courses within the Electrical, Refrigeration, Control and Engineering sectors. The move sees the firm establish additional regional premises to supplement their existing training centres across the UK.
Chris Keogh, Senior Surveyor at BB&J Commercial who concluded the deal said “We have been the retained marketing clients for North East Derbyshire District Council for many years now and so we were really pleased to have secured the letting of this space for them.”

Obviously, for our client this also sees the ground floor of their current building repurposed and brought back into life and helps maximise their income during what is still challenging times”’.
