As Chair of Trustee’s at Safe & Sound, Mark Richardson will be cycling across the UK to raise funds for the vital work they do, ensuring that the charity can provide the right support and care to transform young people’s lives.
Starting on the West coast and finishing on the East coast, this is an iconic route cycled by hundreds of people every year, usually over 4 or 5 days. But how about doing it in just 1 day?
A stunning 150 mile (241 km) with 4,500 m (14,700 ft) of ascent road ride from the mountainous Western Lake District, through the Yorkshire Dales, across the Vale of York and finally the Northern Valleys of the North York Moors, finishing by the sea in Whitby.
