The property was initially marketed in late summer and despite this being peak holiday season the property was subject to a high volume of interest ranging from owner occupiers, developers, healthcare and a leisure-based users/occupiers.
Ultimately a sale was agreed close to the £625,000 asking price and the transaction was completed in Autumn 2019.
