On the back of over 10 years industry experience, Craig Roe is setting up a new used car dealership in Little Eaton – See Cars Ltd.
Craig completed a lease of unit 1 Old Hall Mills Business Park in June and has commenced work, investing £100,000 and converting the premises into a c4500 sf show room. Craig chose the Little Eaton business park due to its proximity to the A38 /A61 Little Eaton Island and the pleasant surroundings of the village itself. Chris Wright from BB&J Commercial commented; “we are delighted to hand Craig the keys. His use will fit in well with the estate which has always had strong ties with the motor trade”.
Originally from Nottingham, Craig has operated successful Car Sales businesses in the Derby area for the past 6 years. A company director at 24, he is now confident his new venture and location will see him go from strength to strength, hopefully creating new employment opportunities locally.
