Over the last ten years the Darley Abbey Mills development has changed beyond all recognition.  Whilst the area was historically used for heavy industrial uses, over the past ten years the site owners, Patterns Properties, have undertaken substantial improvement works to the various mill buildings to convert them into exceptional modern office space.

The refurbishment work has been undertaken in a sympathetic manner in order to maximise the numerous original features of this World Heritage site.  Consequently, the Darley Abbey Mills development now has over 50 businesses calling the site home.

The last remaining offices at the Darley Abbey Mills development are found within the stunning Grade I Listed Long Mill.  The Cotton Suite and The Bobbin Suite are both located on the second floor and provide self-contained office accommodation with their own kitchen and toilet facilities.

The Cotton Suite and The Bobbin Suite are 1,758 square foot and 1,249 square foot in size respectively and could be combined into one larger suite if required and are available to let immediately.
