The national convenience store is taking occupation of the former Co-Op on Chesterfield Road.
One Stop Stores is a retail convenience store with over 900 shops, with Chesterfield Road now added to their portfolio.
It is in a building that was formerly owned by the Co-Op, featuring an open plan retail area, triple width display window, staff welfare facilities and storage space.
Following a new fit out and more residential developments popping up in the area, it is hoped that the reinvention of the space will draw more consumers to the area.
Oscar Heap, Agency Surveyor and Agent responsible for the property said, “It was a brilliant result to secure a lease to a national operator such as One Stop, they have committed to a long lease and invested significantly in refurbishing the existing store. The area is seeing a great deal of redevelopment with residential developments popping up all down Staveley Road, I’m sure that once opened later this year, One Stop will serve as a great addition.”
