BB&J Commercial has successfully completed the sale of 120 Osmaston Road, Derby, a prominent three-storey Victorian property positioned directly opposite the landmark Nightingale Quarter development.
The property, formerly used as the Derby Scout and Guide Centre, occupies a highly visible position along Osmaston Road, one of Derby’s principal routes linking the city centre with surrounding areas.

The property has been acquired by Berry Homes UK Limited, who have outlined plans to convert the building into residential studio accommodation, subject to obtaining the necessary planning approvals.

While the use will evolve, the aim is to respectfully repurpose the building so it can continue to serve the community by providing safe, well-managed and accessible accommodation.”
