In 2012 BB&J Commercial were appointed as primary agents to market Bolsover District Council’s vacant property stock. Such was the success of this contract that we are pleased to have been appointed for a second term.
The Bolsover District Council property portfolio comprises a range of warehouse, office and industrial units. Presently available is an excellent range of office accommodation at Pleasley Vale Mills with suites from 200 sq ft up to c3,000 sq ft. We also have serviced offices at Bolsover’s Headquarters building; The Arc in Clowne. These range from 700 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft.
There has been an excellent take up of industrial accommodation across the District with 100% occupancy of workshops at The Tangent in Shirebrook and 100% occupancy of the industrial accommodation at Pleasley Vale Mills.
Given our successes our contract has been extended to include some North East Derbyshire District Council properties and indeed the practice has been retained to manage lettings at The Coney Green Business Centre. Here again we have seen 100% occupancy of the industrial estate and are able to offer a good range of serviced office accommodation.
