Following on from the exciting news about our relocation, we are delighted to announce that we have now promoted our once inexperienced, shy apprentice to Digital Communications & Marketing Co-ordinator.
I think we will all agree that that the past year has certainly presented its challenges with a lot of changes hitting BB&J Commercial, particularly over the past month. A valuable lesson we have learnt from carrying the business on through a global pandemic is that a strong team dynamic is essential, and we have built upon that over the last few months.
If you have been following our social media, you will be fully aware that over the past month we have made a few drastic changes to the business (all for the better!). From moving into new modern premises, completely re-branding, a new website, and an updated digital presence. We are therefore delighted to announce that we have promoted Lucy Smith to Digital Communications & Marketing Co-ordinator.
Graham Bancroft, Partner at BB&J Commercial said “The pandemic has changed the world drastically and now, more so than ever, a strong online presence is essential. We felt that this was the correct move forward for the business and given our recent rebrand and expansion into new offices, investing in this full-time role to make sure that we can digitally keep in touch with everyone and provide our clients with the best resources to market their properties is certainly the correct way to expand the business further. It also shows our commitment to investing in our staff as Lucy has shown great improvements over the three years she has been with the company.”
Lucy commented “I am delighted to have been promoted into this role which will give me to opportunity to put into practice ideas that I have come up with whilst studying for my Digital Marketing qualification. I cannot wait to get my teeth into the new role and will be looking forward to improving our digital and marketing presence over the coming months. This is an exciting time to be at BB&J Commercial with the recent changes and expansion and I am looking forward to getting stuck in!”
