BB&J Commercial are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate to fulfil a one year fixed placement student position predominately working within the agency and professional departments. The role will include assisting Surveyors in a variety of work including taking enquires, undertaking viewings, dealing with the sale & letting processes of properties, undertaking valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals etc. In addition, BB&J Commercial will provide the successful candidate with all the necessary help and experience to ensure that they are able to start the first year of their APC.
