This well-located Workshop/Industrial Unit has been sold to BJG Services (Derby) Holdings Limited, a Derby-based engineering company with extensive expertise in engineering, manufacturing and fabrication.
BJG Services provides a comprehensive range of manual machining services for products such as sprockets and pulleys; they can also offer turnkey solutions for production problems, facilitation of purchases, stores & stock management and engineering consultations.
Cameron Godfrey, Agency Surveyor who oversaw the transaction, said: “The sale presented an excellent opportunity to acquire a versatile industrial/workshop premises in a well-established location close to Derby City Centre.
