Tyre and Fleet Management company Tructyre ATS has increased their nationwide coverage by taking occupation of a new build unit on Alfreton Road, Derby. The company have taken a letting of Unit 2 on the newly constructed Eagle Park estate close to other national occupiers including Screwfix, Howdens and Greggs.
The firm, which was established in 1996 and has in excess of 70 service centres, is part of the Michelin Group and was recently merged with ATS Euromaster to create the nation’s leading commercial fleet tyre service specialist.
Chris Keogh who concluded the deal on behalf of BB&J Commercial said “Eagle Park continues to attract excellent interest from national and international businesses despite the uncertain economic climate. We are delighted to secure a tenant of the calibre of Tructyre and are confident that they will be a great addition to this address and hopefully generate employment opportunities to the local area.”
Graham Bancroft, Partner at BB&J Commercial commented “The Eagle Park development has been a great success since its development and the arrival of Tructyre continues to show its popularity. As the development nears full capacity we currently only have three units left, all of which are circa 5,800sq ft or alternatively could be combined to make units of between 11,000sq ft and 17,000sq ft.”
To register your interest in the remaining industrial units at Eagle Park, please do not hesitate to contact us on either commercial@bbandj.co.uk or 01332 292825 and an agent would be delighted to be of assistance.
