Benefitting from excellent road communications, Pride Park is an extremely popular location for regional and national companies, so it is not surprising that when a freehold opportunity arose, this attracted a lot of attention and was quickly snapped up.
After originally bringing Unit 16 Victoria Way on the market back in April 2020 we carried out a marketing campaign involving sending the property out to our extensive database which resulted in us putting the property under offer just 9 days later.
With the sale completing in December and after discussions with the purchaser and due to our in-depth knowledge of the Pride Park area we were instructed to let the property out on his behalf.
Starting 2021 on a roll, we brought the property to the market early January and put the property ‘Under Offer’ just two days later.
