Victory for BB&J on Pride Park

Acting on behalf of our clients, Max Plant Ltd & Suffolk Life we quickly agreed a freehold sale to a local investor whose intention was to get the unit quickly let out and retain the rental income which we were pleased to assist with. 

Situated directly adjacent to Derby Arena, Victoria Way is a popular, modern business development home to a variety of different local businesses.  Benefitting from excellent road communications, Pride Park is an extremely popular location for regional and national companies, so it is not surprising that when a freehold opportunity arose, this attracted a lot of attention and was quickly snapped up. 

After originally bringing Unit 16 Victoria Way on the market back in April 2020 we carried out a marketing campaign involving sending the property out to our extensive database which resulted in us putting the property under offer just 9 days later.  

With the sale completing in December and after discussions with the purchaser and due to our in-depth knowledge of the Pride Park area we were instructed to let the property out on his behalf.

Starting 2021 on a roll, we brought the property to the market early January and put the property ‘Under Offer’ just two days later.  With Partner, Graham Bancroft taking a proactive approach to disposing of the property, its easy to see why we were able to sell and the let the property back out with such speed.
