The building was built by Warings Buildings, the same company that constructed the Williams Grand Prix workshops and although they don’t normally operate in the Derby area, they kindly agreed to take on the project as a special favour for me.
Now, at 63 and beginning to wind down, I decided it was time to vacate the building. It was a difficult decision, so I contacted BB&J Commercial, who I had previously dealt with when purchasing the land.
Within a few days, Cameron had arranged several viewings. I met with Marius and Andreea Stroi, Directors of Ideaal Flooring Ltd who were genuine and, in my opinion, the best candidates to take over the building. The entire process was handled professionally and I was always able to get assistance when needed.
