Amber Decorators given green light at Coach House

On behalf of our retained clients Bolsover District Council, BB&J Commercial are pleased to agree lease terms with Mansfield based business, Amber Decorators, who have taken occupation of some 800sq.ft of office space at The Coach House, Pleasley Vale.

The Coach House forms part of the historic Pleasley Vale Mills site which comprises four former Cotton Mills built in the late 1700’s by a consortium of revered Nottinghamshire Businessmen and Businesses to serve the hosiery industry, although the site is more recognisable today as Pleasley Vale Business Park, home to a wide range of offices, workshop and industrial workspaces.

As part of the letting, Amber Decorators have taken a new three year term of a property which was most recently used as the sites former control centre with the building being refurbished and brought back into life.

Chris Keogh of BB&J Commercial who negotiated the deal commented “We are pleased to conclude the letting to Amber Decorators and are confident that they will prove a good fit, repurposing what was the sites former gatehouse.  The building, whilst in a fairly picturesque setting and having great kerb appeal did require some modernising internally and therefore, agreeing a deal with Amber Decorators means that this will help bring the property in line with current expectations”.

Should you require any further information on the availability at Pleasley Mills or wish to further discuss your requirement, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone 01332 292825 or by e-mail c.keogh@bbandj.co.uk
