Higher Education provider Derby College have expanded their city centre campus by agreeing lease terms to take c.1,500sq.ft of office at Southgate Innovation Centre.
Southgate Business Innovation Centre forms part of a busy shopping parade and provides good quality first and second floor office accommodation in an edge of the city location. The move by the college will supplement their existing sites at The Roundhouse and The Joseph Wright Centre and commenting on the move Iain Baldwin, Director of Estates at of Derby College said “The property is conveniently located, with easy access and good parking. This location complements the colleges current provision within this area and the building design and layout of the suites taken fits the colleges need perfectly, with the potential for growth if required”.
