BB&J Commercial Partner, Mark Richardson is proud to have once again been re-appointed to the President’s Panel of RICS Accredited Expert Witnesses.
The prestigious panel comprises professionals with specialist knowledge and practical experience, qualified to provide impartial, independent evidence across a wide range of property-related matters.
Appointment to the panel is a rigorous process, requiring candidates to pass a formal interview and assessment that ensures only those meeting RICS’ highest standards of impartiality, expertise, and professional knowledge are accredited.
With over three decades of experience across the East Midlands, Mark has acted both as an independent expert and as a Court-appointed Single Joint Expert. He has prepared numerous expert reports and has given evidence under cross-examination in Court. A longstanding member of the RICS, he also holds the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.
Following his re-appointment, Mark commented:
