With its industrial legacy coming to an end, Framework Housing Association plans to redevelop the site into 20 self-contained units under the Homes England “Single Homeless Accommodation Programme“.
This development will provide long-term housing solutions for individuals facing severe disadvantage, addressing a crucial gap in the homelessness support system. Designed with safety and community integration in mind, the project will incorporate controlled access and CCTV, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for residents and neighbouring businesses.
