BB&J are delighted to announce we have recently been awarded an instruction by Clowne Parish Council to dispose of their Parish Office. This instruction is a feather in the cap for BB&J Commercial who are already fully retained by North East Derbyshire District Council and Bolsover District Council to handle their property disposals.
The newly available Parish Offices were recently refurbished and occupy a prime positon within Clowne Town Centre. As part of BB&J’S ongoing contract with North East Derbyshire and Bolsover District Councils the practice has also recently been retained to market c6,000 sq ft of office space within the North East Derbyshire HQ and seven new starter Workshop units at Clay Cross on the Midway Business Park.
