Derby based property consultancy BB&J Commercial announce a new appointment to the Partnership, strengthening the core senior team which represents a leading force within Derby’s commercial market.
BB&J Commercial was established in 2010 as a standalone commercial property division of the residential agency Boxall Brown & Jones, which was founded in 1990.
Graham Bancroft joins existing partners Rob Jones, Mark Richardson and Chris Birds.
Graham has over 10 years’ experience in property, joining BB&J Commercial from Salloway Property Consultants 3 years ago. Graham quickly became an integral part in further developing the firm’s commercial reputation, helping to raise awareness within the market and building a strong presence in Derbyshire – something he hopes to continue in a more structured way in his new role whilst investing in the team in order to move to the next level of regional commercial property consultancy.
Graham works closely with Derby City Council and the city’s iconic buildings, with particular focus on valuations.
Mark Richardson, partner, said of the appointment: “This promotion represents a significant landmark in BB&J’s heritage and future growth strategy. Over recent years BB&J have continued to expand despite a challenging backdrop and Graham has played a major role in contributing to this success.
“At BB&J Commercial Graham has worked tirelessly to help cement our position as a major player in Derby’s commercial property market and, as a result, the firm has seen year on year growth of 20% for the past 5 years.
“As we continue to invest in people and assemble an award-winning team whilst taking on an ever growing list of new clients and projects, this strategic appointment will help provide the solid platform required for the next phase of our business development.”
The new appointment is effective immediately. Contact the team at BB&J Commercial on 01332 292825.
