As an RICS registered firm, we undertake a considerable amount of valuation work for bank lending and other purposes on both commercial and residential property across the East Midlands.
Having been appointed to more bank valuation panels along with having an increased workload we now need another surveyor to join us.
We are looking for someone with experience of carrying out mortgage valuation work and RICS Homebuyer reports on residential property, who is able to work on their own initiative, but backed up by a fully supportive team.
This position would suit someone who is looking to work for a growing and ambitious business in the private sector. For the right individual, there is scope to play an active role in networking and generating more work. However, this approach is not right for everyone, and if you would prefer something more in the background, with an emphasis on just doing valuations, that would also work for us.
We are at this stage flexible as to whether this is an office or home based role, or maybe a combination of the two. We are more concerned with getting the right individual who will fit in with our team mentality and ambition to keep expanding the business whilst providing a first-class service to our clients.
