We have continued to provide support to both existing and new clients during lockdown in terms of Red book valuations and professional and agency work.
During this period we have carried out a full risk assessment of our office premises so that these can be safely opened, and we have put together appropriate PPE kits to allow our surveyors to inspect properties and sites to carry out full valuations and viewings if needed and required.
In line with Government advice which now allows estate agents and Surveyors to open up, market properties and conduct viewings and inspections BB&J Commercial remain as ready and able as ever to meets the needs of our clients.
