Whilst others were settling down for a quiet summer, BB&J Commercial have been busy concluding a variety of deals on Derby’s premier business location Pride Park.
A flurry of new instructions has resulted in a range of new companies moving onto Pride Park. Within a short space of time, BB&J Commercial have completed a new letting on Mallard Way and three further deals on Royal Scot Road.
Toppesfield Limited have taken some Grade A office accommodation within a prominently situated office at 12 Mallard Way with Spiroll Pre-Cast Services Ltd, Acumen Technical Ltd and Zircom Data Communications Ltd taking leases of 5, 16 and 34 Royal Scot Road respectively.
