BB&J Commercial are pleased to announce that they have completed the letting of Rutherford House to global company, Sotax Ltd, part of the Sotax Group on behalf of the owners and developers of the building, Hemsley Asset Management Ltd.
Rutherford House forms part of the Tomlinson Business Park in Foston and is situated directly adjacent to the A50 and therefore provides fantastic road communications to the A38, A52, M1 and M6 motorways.
After over eighteen months of struggling to let the speculatively constructed office building through various other agents, Hemsley Asset Management instructed BB&J Commercial as joint agents on the building and within the first two months of our instruction we were able to agree terms and instruct solicitors on a long-term letting with Sotax Ltd.
