BB&J Commercial named Derby’s top dealmaker for the second year running by Estates Gazette

BB&J Commercial are delighted to announce that Senior Agency Surveyor, Chris Keogh has been named Derbyshire’s top dealmaker in Estates Gazettes Dealmaker of the Year awards 2019.  This means that the company has managed to retain this highly coveted award for the second year running.

Chris Keogh, Derbyshire’s top dealmaker for 2019 said, “While new development in Derbyshire has been in fairly short supply, the team at BB&J Commercial have managed to continue to do deals, both on and off market, through out extensive knowledge of requirements, our proactive thinking and our highly skilled marketing. It is a real honour to be named as the EG Dealmaker for Derbyshire, and I believe there are some really exciting opportunities in the market.  The whole team at BB&J Commercial are committed to ensuring deals are done.”

Recent deals completed by Chris include the off-market investment sale of a prestigious landmark office building on Pride Park, Technology House.  The three storey, 7,894 sq ft office building was sold to Derbyshire Investments (UK) Limited for an undisclosed amount with the deal agreed prior to the property being formally placed on the market.  In addition, Chris also sold a Scarsdale Vets LLP investment to a London investor as well as letting a hybrid unit at City Gate, London Road to M.A Ford Europe Limited.

Graham Bancroft, Partner at BB&J Commercial said “I am delighted that Chris has been crowned the dealmaker of the year which is a highly regarded award.  After winning the same award myself last year, it is nice to be able to pass the mantle over to Chris and keeping it within BB&J Commercial.  The award is recognition for not only Chris’ hard work but also of the support team within the business.”
