In the same month and also within the Business Centre, Suite 4 Chatsworth House was let to Aspire UK Limited who are specialists in Building Consultancy, Project Management, Fire, Security and IT design and installations. Following a scheme of renovation and refurbishment Aspire UK Limited have take the 1,115sq.ft office space in Suite 4 by way of a new 3 year lease.

We were happy to agree deals for both suites but gained a little more satisfaction from the letting of Suite 4 Chatsworth House given that the former tenants only vacated the suite at the end of March, so to agree terms, renovate and refurbish the office and complete the lease within the space of two weeks is even more pleasing.”
In the coming weeks BB&J Commercial are due to market a pair of first floor office suites measuring approximately 1,000sq.ft each.
