BB&J prove their (chats)worth with flurry of lettings

On behalf of our retained client, Melbourne Developments Limited, BB&J Commercial are pleased to have concluded the letting of two first floor offices at Prime Business Centre, Raynesway.

At the start of April,  Aspire CRM, in line with their rapid expansion plans, took occupation of some 700sq.ft of refurbished office space within Kedleston House by agreeing terms on a new 3 year lease.  Aspire CRM as the name suggests, provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system consultancy services and boast an impressive array of current and previous clients such as Boots UK, Caterpillar, TES Global, UCAS and Move with Us.

In the same month and also within the Business Centre, Suite 4 Chatsworth House was let to Aspire UK Limited who are specialists in Building Consultancy, Project Management, Fire, Security and IT design and installations.  Following a scheme of renovation and refurbishment Aspire UK Limited have take the 1,115sq.ft office space in Suite 4 by way of a new 3 year lease.
