The letting will see Betterweld take occupation by way of a new a 5 year lease at the former National Construction Training Academy premises. At present the property is currently being subject to a thorough scheme of refurbishment and modernisation prior to the scheduled opening event in August and in anticipation of the forthcoming academic year.
