BB&J Negotiate ‘Bunkers Wood’ land sale

BB&J Commercial are delighted to announce that they have successfully completed the sale of a 3.5-acre residential development site located to the north of Allan Avenue, Littleover to regional housing developer William Davis in conjunction with joint agent on the site Mather Jamie.

The site which is known locally as ‘Bunkers Wood’ is the subject of a combined planning application to deliver in excess of 80 dwellings with the developer anticipating construction to commence on the site later in the year.
