BB&J Commercial have agreed leasehold terms with Swedish Rail Company, Dellner, in a move which sees several of the firms regional depots amalgamated into the 8,250sq.ft unit at Nelsons Court, Ascot Drive, Derby.
In keeping with Derby’s rich rail history Dellner have over 75 years of experience of providing full train connection systems to the world’s leading train builders and operators. The company’s main headquarters are located in Sweden with a global network of subsidiaries, branches and agents in 13 countries all over the world.
Speaking of the letting, Chris Keogh, Senior Agency Surveyor at BB&J Commercial commented “Having been appointed as joint agents at the start of the year to boost interest we quickly engaged several potential occupiers and managed to negotiate terms with Dellner and conclude the deal relatively quickly. The letting reiterates Derby’s position as the home for planes, trains and automobiles.”
