Partner at BB&J Commercial Mark Richardson, who is already a member of the Presidents Panel of Experts at the RICS, has just been appointed as practising expert witness (MAE) at the highly regarded Academy of Experts based at London’s Gray’s Inn. The Academy was established in 1987 to promote the better use of experts and to ensure that a standard of excellence is maintained and developed.
Accreditation to the Academy is only granted following a rigorous vetting procedure to ensure standards of excellence and expertise both in members’ primary disciplines and their experience of litigation procedures. The Academy maintains its own code of practice and is led by a judicial committee chaired by former Supreme Court Judge and Lords Justice of Appeal.
Mark commented “I am delighted to have been appointed as a member of the Academy of Experts following on from my recent re-election as an RICS accredited expert as well. Providing expert reports and advice to the legal profession about property issues can be a complicated area of work though it is something I enjoy tremendously and I look forward to growing this valuable section of our business.”
For further information on expert reports that can be provided on a variety of issues around property negligence, litigation, development sites, deceased estates and matrimonial issues please contact Mark via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or at our office telephone 01332 292825.
