BB&J Commercial have agreed terms with national plumbing and bathroom supplier, James Hargreaves Limited, who have taken occupation of Unit 24 Eagle Park, Alfreton Road, Derby. As part of their planned growth the Derby depot is viewed as the firms natural expansion ‘south’ with the majority of their existing 50+ branches located across the north of England. James Hargreaves were established in 1968 and originate from Burnley and have developed an enviable reputation over the last four decades which is under pinned by a commitment to supplying excellent service and the highest quality products.
Chris Keogh, Senior Surveyor at BB&J Commercial commented “Eagle Park has a good mix of businesses in what is one of Derby’s principal employment areas and really does offer a ‘one stop’ location for most tradesmen with the likes of Howdens, EMC Tiles and Screwfix all based here. Therefore, having a plumbers/bathroom supplies business to add to this mix complements the existing occupiers. James Hargreaves Limited have an excellent reputation in the North of England and by opening the new Derby branch this means that they can provide a far greater coverage to their existing clients located within the East Midlands.”

The new plumbing/bathroom showroom is due for an extensive tenant fit out but is hoping to be ready for business by late summer/autumn 2019
