Renowned Derby architects Lathams, have just signed a new 6 year lease in a deal brokered by BB&J Commercial.
Lathams chose 12 St Mary’s Gate over the competition as the Cathedral Quarter location and characteristics of the building fit nicely with their work.
As a multi-award winning design practice, Lathams specialise in Architecture, Conservation and Urbanism. They have successfully traded in Derby for over three decades and now have offices in Nottingham and London too.
As part of the deal, they will be undertaking significant refurbishment works to 12, St Mary’s Gate to create an impressive new HQ.
