Offices let on first viewing on Pride Park

Having let more space on Pride Park than any other city based agent in the last two years, the beginning of 2017 has seen this continue as 34 Royal Scot Road, a two storey office and warehouse space, was let to Zircom Data Communications Ltd, a well-established UK based company providing data solutions who were keen to open their first premises in Derby.

Mark Richardson of BB&J Commercial said “we have moved a number of high profile occupiers onto Pride Park over the last few years and I am delighted we were in a position to fulfil this urgent office requirement to the first viewer”.

The owner of the building, Ian Hodgkinson of Hodgkinson Builders commented “we have been using BB&J Commercial for some time.  Their commitment and service in getting this deal completed in such a short time frame has been excellent”.
